The WSOP Super Circuit 2020 got off to a cracking start on GGPoker, two rings decided, Fedor Holz landing an SHR win…

With $100million guaranteed across a schedule boasting 18 ring events and dozens more side tournaments, day one on Sunday began with the $1,111 buy-in Covid Charity event.

The $1million GTD opener attracted 1595 entries with $111 per head going to the .

A great cause and it still left plenty for the players to fight over, with Natural8 Team Hot pro Michael Soyza finishing in 256th place, for $2,174, and former tennis star Boris Becker in 153rd cashing for $2,470.

The final table of eight was a parade of eight different nationalities, with NLG Academy Team member FeelsGTOman busting first but pocketing $26,750 for his fine run to 8th place.

Heads-up came down to a shootout between Canada’s TheMadQueen and India’s Igutu  - both Naural8 players.

An ICM deal saw chip leader Igutu take $5k more than his rival, a monster $234,930.64 payout, but when the TheMadQueen went on to win she had a WSOP Super Circuit ring and massive $227,940 cash.

Event 2 on the schedule was a true beast – 28,921 entries across several starting flights to the $50 buy-in tournament creating a $1,330,366 prizefund that would see more than 3000 players in the money.

The cashier’s cage started rattling on day 2, and by the time they got down to the final table it was minimum 5-figure payouts and another Natural8 player chasing a title win.

Germany’s Schleichmaus was hoping to emulate his fellow N8 reg TheMadQueen but eventually had to settle for 4th spot and $49,660, a sweet $388 share of the $10k daily leaderboard taking him over the $50k mark.

With 7 daily leaderboards in total, they will be one of the main attractions复古传奇sf for many players as the WSOP Circuit Series progresses, and you can see below which area leaderboard you qualify for:

Back at the tables and there was a Super Circuit ring still to be won – and although we know it was the real Boris Becker who cashed in the series opener, we’re not entirely sure about the winner of event 2.

JuanMartinDelPotro54 may or may not be the actual Argentinian tennis star, but he defeated China’s jolen heads-up to claim the Circuit Ring and the winner’s cheque for $137,120.67.

Away from the coveted ring events, there was a wider schedule being played too, and who should pop up to celebrate his new GGPoker ambassadorship than Fedor Holz.

The German crusher, fresh out of semi-retirement, showed he had lost none of his edge as he took down a WSOPC Series $5k High Roller for $91,441, and then added 4th spot in the $10k version for another $88,890.

The opening flight of the $5million GTD Main Event kicks off this weekend, the first of a phenomenal 78 chances to bag your day 2 seat, with regular, turbo and hyperturbo flights available.

There is also the chance to turn a $1 entry into a $500k Natural8 Ambassadorship role with the Natural8 Hero events running throughout the WSOP Super Circuit Series.

Each and every winner will be guaranteed seats to selected satellites for WSOP Ring Events.
